General Sales Conditions

The hereby general sales conditions are meant to define rights and obligations of all parties concerning online sales of clothes provided by the online store Lillalink, under the responsibility of Miss Meunier Séverine, at the following address: 73 boulevard Edouart Herriot, Le Miléant C – 06200 NICE, FRANCE. All parties agree that their relations will only be controlled by the hereby-general conditions.



The Customer declares to be a natural person, of at least 18 years old, and to have the legal ability or to be endorsed with a parental authorization to place an online order. During registering personal data in the section “my account”, the customer must check the accuracy and sufficiency of the requested information supplied. In case of an error in the address or telephone number of the recipient, Lillalink could not be held responsible for the incapacity to deliver the product. Lillalink reserves the right to cancel any order if the IP address of the customer does not correspond to the country entered in the billing/shipping address.



Orders and payments can only be processed via PayPal or with a credit card via PayPal. PayPal ensures secure credit card payments. All orders are to be paid in Euros. Prices are listed excluding shipping costs. The buyer guarantees that he is entitled to use the payment mode chosen when registering his order.

Clothes displayed via the Lillalink online store are offered subject to availability. Pages’ updates are not always done in real time, therefore there may be a discrepancy between the availabilities displayed online and the actual items available. Moreover, pictures of products displayed online are as faithful as possible to the actual garment but could not guarantee a perfect color similarity to the provided item, depending in particular on the computing equipment used by the buyer. In case of partial or total unavailability of the item(s) ordered and paid for, the customer will be informed as soon as possible via e-mail and will be offered the possibility to modify or cancel his order. In case of a cancellation, he will be able to get reimbursed for the whole amount or to get a voucher at his own convenience. No unavailability can undertake our liability or lead to any entitlement to damages for the buyer.



Prices are listed in Euros excluding shipping fees. The shipping costs are extra and include shipping in Mainland France. They are added before the final confirmation of the order. As for other destinations, please contact us before going ahead with the order. VAT is not applicable under the Article 5 of Law 91-716 of July 26th, 1991 and section 293B-111-2 of the Tax Code.
Data saved and kept by Lillalink represent a proof for the order and past operations. Data saved by the payment system represent the proof of financial operations.


The buyer can choose shipping to the billing address or any other particular address added during payment. Shipping cannot be completed to hotels or postal boxes. Orders are processed right after payment during working hours, excluding holidays. The shipping of the package generally occurs one or two days following its confirmation, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). For shipping deadlines to be respected, the customer needs to enter accurate and complete information regarding the shipping address (more particularly: street number, building, stairs, access codes, names and/or intercom digits, etc.)
Unless otherwise stated, shipping will be processed via Collisimo France. The average shipping time is 2 to 3 working days. This time is for reference only; the customer could not be entitled to any damages, deduction or order cancellation in case of a delay. Shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer for a shipping in Mainland France. The carrier cannot hold Lillalink responsible for the extension of delivery times, more particularly in case of products’ loss or strike. Responsibilities are transferred as soon as the items are given by the vendor to the carrier. Therefore the buyer undertakes costs and risks of shipping, and he should check quantities, and general outlook of items right upon delivery. In case of a delay in shipping, the buyer will be informed via email.
In compliance with the Article L121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, ordered items must be shipped in the limit of 30 days starting on the day following the confirmation of the order, subjected to full payment. In the absence of delivery after this deadline, the buyer is able to cancel his order. Reimbursement will be processed under 15 working days, either by cheque or via PayPal to the buyer’s convenience.


For Colissimo shipping, Lillalink agrees to fill in a claim to the relevant carrier (Colissimo) if a package does not arrive on time to its recipient or gets lost.



In compliance with the articles L. 121-16 and followings of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a withdrawal period of seven (7) days starting upon the delivery of the ordered items to return them and to either claim for reimbursement or exchange. It is understood that incomplete, damaged or dirty items will not be accepted. Any return enquiry must first get a previous confirmation via email at the following address: Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. The return shipping conditions must be similar to the original shipping (Colissimo France). In case of an exchange, the new shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
Lillalink will reimburse the customer the potential amount already paid, deducting potential shipping costs, according to the following conditions. Reimbursement will be processed under a limit of 30 working days, either via cheque or via PayPal according to the buyer’s choice.


Lillalink® is a trademark. Therefore, all content of the Lillalink® online store belongs to Lillalink®. The copyright protection and the clauses of the Intellectual Property Code regarding trademarks forbid to copy or reproduce in any way the items presented by Lillalink®, which holds all rights. Consequently, any manufacturing or minor modification on a similar product for trading or personal purposes is forbidden. Infringing those rights would equal to a violation of copyright and Intellectual Property and would subject the accused user to criminal and civil penalties under the applicable legislation.



Any order fully implies the customer’s agreement to general sales conditions. Those general sales conditions are subjected to French regulations. In case of dispute, only French Courts shall have jurisdiction. In case of problems or claims about an order, the customer can contact the Customer Service to find an amicable agreement. Lillalink reserves the right to modify at any time the hereby-general sales conditions.



The data collected by Lillalink during a customer’s order are necessary to the operation’s management and consequently could be fully or partly transferred to Lillalink’s providers acting in the order’s execution. The customer is also informed that those same personal data could also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and fighting credit card fraud. In compliance with the Data Protection regulation 78-17 of January 6th, 1978, the customer has a right to access, modify, oppose and delete any data relevant to him.
